ORDERING ONLINE
Making a purchase is very easy, just click on the pet of your choice and then again on the subject you wish to explore. When you have found the product you like you can obtain more information by clicking on the picture. Here you will find dimensions and some further pictures for you to enlarge. If you want to purchase this product just click on "order" and you will see it appears in the shopping cart. You will see the shipping charges that have been added automatically and are dependant on the weight of the product you have chosen. You now have three choices, you can cancel the order by removing the product from the cart, you can shop some more by clicking on "continue" or you can move onto the "checkout" and confirm your order by answering the details. On receipt your order, you will be given an order number and a confirmation of the order will be submitted to your email. You will then have several choices on how to pay. You can choose from: a) bank transfer, b) cheque, c) cash on collection, or d) debit or credit card.

A) Bank transfer is a quick and safe. Just transfer the correct amount including any delivery charge to sort code 20-02-62, Account number 83365808 and use your surname and order number as reference.

B) Cheque payment will take up to five working days to clear, we must have cleared funds before we despatch the goods. Cheques should be made payable to "Premier Pet" and have your surname and order number on the back of the cheque. Please contact us via the contact page if you wish to pay by this method

C) Cash on collection will save you delivery charges. You will need to call us to make an appointment and to confirm the collection address at least two days prior to collection, so we can pick your order ready for you.

D) Credit or debit card payment is an easy and secure way to pay. You will need to call us to pay this way after placing your order online, as we only take this payment over the telephone at the moment.

ORDERING BY TELEPHONE
If you wish, you may telephone us on 0845 0945 562 and place your order with our sales team. Payment would follow the same method as above, a) Bank transfer, b) Cheque, c) Cash on collection or d) Credit or debit card.
